You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience: - Minimum full and relevant LEVEL 3 in Early Years and Education - An ability to lead, manage and inspire a team successfully together with good interpersonal skills. - Excellent understanding of EYFS.

You will be responsible for instructing sessions such as high ropes, indoor and outdoor climbing, abseiling, tree trekking and Aerial Adventure.

You will set up and maintain equipment ensuring all safety checks are carried out in accordance with company guidelines.

You will be contracted to work 120 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis.
