You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working.

You will be given responsibility for holding a Speech and Language therapy caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to staff training and consultation as required This post would suit a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual.

You will develop and deliver the new business strategy, manage a robust pipeline, and lead negotiations for partnerships in excess of £500k. You'll also oversee income and expenditure budgets, contribute to cross-team projects, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the fundraising directorate.
