You will work within the Repairs team but also closely with colleagues across the Customer Services Directorate to ensure our estates and communal areas are safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for residents and visitors. Covering Blackpool, Blackburn, Preston, Southport and Lancaster.

You will deliver a wide range of responsive maintenance activities to a diverse customer base and deliver excellent customer service.

You will achieve a ‘first time fix’ through correct diagnosis, multi-trade working and an effective relationship with the supply chain.

You will adopt and promote our clients operating principles for Responsive Maintenance within a multi-trade team.

You will be required to communicate effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers and customers and to perform other duties as appropriate to the job level, including providing support to colleagues as directed by your supervisor.
