Supplier Development Manager jobs in Slough

You will oversee a small internal fleet support team and act as the principal liaison between internal stakeholders, suppliers and senior management. The role requires strong analytical, financial and communication skills to drive performance, reduce costs, and support compliance objectives.

You will also play a key role in training and authorising the ever-growing team of engineers ensuring exceptional standards.

You will be the technical reference point for the completion of the necessary permits to ensure compliance with method statements, risk assessments, Supplier Health and Safety procedures.

You will lead, coach and develop a shift-based engineering team while remaining actively involved in maintenance, breakdown response, fabrication and improvement work. You'll play a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime and building a high-performance, safety-first culture.
