You must be confident speaking to customers as well as internal stakeholders - Previous knowledge of Xero - Ideally knowledge of working within an SME - although this is desirable - Ability to be flexible and adapt depending on workload - Proactive outlook on work - Great commercial instincts

You must have excellent organisational and communication skills, be able to manage a varied workload and work well in a fast paced and reactive environment.

You will need to be a self-starter who is excellent at managing your own time and workloads and can oversee multiple subcontractors and trades.

You will identify opportunities, manage tender processes, and secure new contracts to position the business as a trusted supplier within the sector.
