You will be trained to become a No7 Macmillan Beauty Advisor. This means you can support patients experiencing the visible effects of cancer treatment

You will act as the first point of contact for all designated Partner departments, providing a robust HR service to help support, develop and enhance business performance. Providing advice on a wide range of HR issues and ensuring adherence to company policies and employment legislation.

You will hold a varied and multiple employee relations case load including sickness absence, bullying and harassment, grievance, conduct, performance management, reasonable adjustments.

You will consider and balance employee and business risks in your advice, and coach managers to find resolutions that meet business need.

You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl's standards.

You will help embed our HS&E strategy and ensure our projects are delivered to the highest safety and environmental standards.

You will play a key role in supporting operational teams, driving behavioural change, and ensuring legal and internal compliance across our projects.

You will engage with customers, offering personalized beauty consultations and striving to meet sales targets. This role requires empathy, sales motivation, and a desire to represent the Liz Earle brand.
