You will be supporting individuals in their own homes to live as independently as possible. This involves, following daily planners, helping with financial expenditure, domestic support and administration of medication, there may be some support with personal care and meal planning/preparation, maintaining important relationships and support to find new friendships.

You will aid residents with daily tasks such as hygiene and nutrition while ensuring a safe environment. Key qualifications include an Enhanced DBS, relevant training, and at least 3 months experience. This position offers flexibility with shifts available from Monday to Sunday, providing ongoing opportunities for the right candidate with a pay rate of £12.35 per hour.
