You will work closely with a dedicated team of Support Workers, providing shift leadership, operational support, and high-quality, person-centred care.

You will have access to a comprehensive 6-month Leadership Development Programme, designed to equip you with the skills and confidence to progress into management roles.

You must have a positive and professional attitude.

You must be reliable and be able to be flexible with shifts and have a valid UK Driving Licence.

You will be the core IT support presence, focused on maintaining stringent service levels and managing the full life cycle of hardware within your designated hub and surrounding areas.
