You will be responsible for the leadership and management of two supported living services, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. You will be based across 2 of our services, our Day Centre provides support to up to 20 people, and our Hub provides support to 8 people. You will collaborate closely with Consultant Psychiatrists and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective titration, treatment, and ongoing management of ADHD patients. Key Responsibilities - Deliver evidence-based prescribing and titration in line with NICE guidelines and internal clinical standards.

You will act as key link between schools, social workers and other professionals offering advice, guidance and challenge to promote effective inclusive practice.
