You must declare all convictions (including convictions with Absolute Discharge), cautions or bind-overs you may have, even if they would otherwise be regarded as ‘Spent’ under this Act and where applicable any disqualifications under the Childcare Act.

You will help residents build confidence, maintain independence, and make positive choices that enhance their wellbeing. From offering companionship and encouragement to ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment, you will be part of a close-knit team making a meaningful difference every day.

You will work closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality support, nurture pupils’ confidence, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment. The salary is ETAT Grade B NJC05 which is currently £25,583 pro rata. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30 to 3.30 Monday to Friday ( until 4.30 on Wednesdays).

You will be expected to support on a rotational basis working 12-hour shifts.

You will play a pivotal role in providing person-centred support for a sweet natured, captivating and humorous gentleman.

You should be fun, upbeat and have a naturally bubbly personality.

You will also need to be calm, relaxed and resilient.
