You will help create a safe, stable and nurturing home environment where young people feel supported, respected and encouraged to develop independence, confidence and life skills. This is a hands-on role suited to someone calm, resilient, reliable and genuinely passionate about making a difference in young peoples lives.

You will support young people with daily routines, maintain accurate recording and reporting, and complete essential home and young person paperwork.

You will learn to complete risk assessments, care plans and document checks.

You will regularly lead shifts, complete weekly home checks, support managers, deputies and senior staff, and occasionally assist other homes in a shift-leading capacity.
