You will assist with incidents, service requests, and problem resolution, escalating where necessary, and support the wider IT team with technology rollouts and investigations. What you'll do:- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and major problems. - Serve as first point of escalation for 1st/2nd line engineers and specific sites.

You will work on-site with clients to ensure systems are fully compliant, operational, and safe, supporting both new installations and existing systems. Key Responsibilities - Carry out commissioning, testing, and fault-finding on fire alarm and detection systems. - Inspect and maintain fire suppression systems in line with manufacturer and regulatory standards.
