You will report into the Deputy Manager, splitting your time between hands-on support and leadership/administrative tasks to ensure our service runs smoothly. This is a varied and rewarding role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact. About the people you'll be supporting: You'll work across four different support packages, each for an individual with learning disabilities and/or autism.

You will work as part of a Community Rehabilitation Team, focusing on the direct needs of service users.

You will be promoting and facilitating therapeutic activity, promoting self-care and supporting with activities of daily living.

You will support service users to identify their needs and to assist Clinicians to plan, implement and evaluate individual care plans.

You will create positive relationships with the young people (children), meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.

You must also have at least 2 years experience within Residential Childcare and working alongside young people.

You must also have a valid UK driving licence.
