You will also assist the Extra Care Manager and Registered Manager in ensuring an empowering service which meets the needs of our clients and works with the service user’s families and friends to promote a positive atmosphere.

You must be flexible, energetic and reliable.

You will be required to work in a flexible manner, on a roster basis, which will include evenings, weekends.

You will be part of a supportive team doing all sorts of things – from security and searches at the gate, to managing deliveries, supervising visitors, and monitoring phone calls and CCTV. It’s a varied and active job involving tasks which combine some desk duties with more physical tasks such as lifting, carrying and walking to escort vehicles across the prison grounds.

You will move into the client’s home and support them with personal care (including washing, dressing and toileting), moving and handling, domestic tasks and social activities. No experience required as full specialist training is provided.
