You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and external agencies to ensure that learners with SEMH needs receive high-quality support that enables them to access the curriculum, build self-confidence and develop vital life skills. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small-group support for learners with SEMH needs.

You will be part of a supportive team doing all sorts of things – from security and searches at the gate, to managing deliveries, supervising visitors, and monitoring phone calls and CCTV. It's a varied and active job involving tasks which combine some desk duties with more physical tasks such as lifting, carrying and walking to escort vehicles across the prison grounds.

You will work closely with Social Workers and partner agencies to help improve outcomes for children and promote their safety, wellbeing and development.

You must also be able to travel across the borough and work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends to meet service needs.

You will be responsible for working with our employment team to facilitate employment opportunities and assisting and supporting our members to enjoy an active social life.

You will be required to provide personal care, work flexible hours which will involve working early and late shifts, (typically between 0700 & 2200), every other weekend and bank holidays in accordance with member need.
