You will adopt a person centred approach to deliver a high standard of flexible and responsive care to service users within the Supported Accommodation and Short Breaks.

You will provide support and assistance to service users to maximise and maintain their independence, including support and assistance to help them access community facilities.

You must also be able to work on your own initiative. Good communication skills are essential, and candidates must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times. Previous experience of cleaning in a healthcare environment and COSHH and Infection Control training would be desired but is not essential as full training will be given.
