You will take an active role in the planning and delivery of person-centred care to enable the lady we support to live a fulfilling and valued life, where she can achieve her own personal goals and aspirations.

Supporting autistic adults with diverse interests and needs to live fulfilling lives; requires caring, adaptable individuals.

You will have an enthusiastic "Can do, will do" attitude and will instil high standards, high expectations and the value of hard work in children, plus the belief that intelligence is not fixed and that abilities can be developed considerably through sensibly focused endeavour.

You will work closely with senior PBS leadership to coordinate strategy, support services, and evidence positive outcomes. The role involves regular travel across the region, with occasional travel elsewhere in Scotland, so a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

You will also prepare them and their family/carers for their procedure and refer any anaesthetic, medical or psychological issues to the appropriate discipline.

You will have the ability to prioritise your work load in a fast paced environment and possess sound clinical skills for the assessment of patient needs to ensure effective patient journey.
