You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers This special service provides exceptional, specialised care for those in need of residential, nursing and dementia care and offers a peaceful and comfortable haven for all residents To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care**

You will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to patients, across our practices. You can expect to be mentored and supported by the organisation, whilst you are empowered to deliver care and support.

You must be able to work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients.

You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for our residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home.

You will have the satisfaction of working with and being supported by an enthusiastic and caring team that puts people at the heart of the business.

You will assist with personal care, promote independence, and work as part of a dedicated team. Ideal candidates will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to excellent care standards. The role offers flexible shifts and enhancements for weekend work, along with access to training and a supportive environment.
