You will be joining a fast-paced environment assisting in finding logistics solutions for some of the world's largest industrial, retail & FMCG based customers. My client focuses on providing cost-effective and best in class services for worldwide ocean and sea freight!

You will be responsible for the following areas for responsibility across the Kegworth office in Nottinghamshire.

You will be required to be fluent in French and have experience in delivering excellent customer service whilst retaining and expanding the client's overseas customer and consumer base.

You will receive full product training to ensure you can provide excellent advice and guidance on the complete product range

You will be customer-facing, supporting engineers and colleagues on-site, managing stock movements, and ensuring accurate system updates. This is a hands-on role combining stores, customer service, and administrative duties, requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

You will be a competent multi skilled engineer (with electrical bias) and ideally you will have previous experience with automated machinery e,g CNC, packaging, robotics

You will have HNC or HND qualification in either mechanical and /or electrical engineering.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and you will be able to work well under your own initiative.
