You will have experience supporting vulnerable people in a residential setting and if you share our values and are willing to make a difference to the lives of autistic people, we’d love to hear from you. Your working pattern in this role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families and will include evening and weekend working.

You will also be expected to complete light domestic duties in any spare time. This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.

You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements.

You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.

You will receive a payment equivalent to 12.07% for each hour worked in the period; up to a maximum of 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year.
