You will work shifts including weekends, assist in wellbeing activities, and respond to emergencies. The company offers excellent training and a rewarding work environment. , along with benefits like physiotherapy and weekend enhancements. Enhanced DBS check required.

You will need an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, and at least 2 years' experience working in a similar care environment.

You must also have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and a positive attitude to supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
