You will be working within an inpatient service with a focus on a recovery approach.

You will have the opportunity to lead and direct the structure and focus of the ward routine for service users and staff and contribute to service developments bridging inpatient and community services.

You will encourage new experiences, supporting the young people to develop their own identity. You’ll be patient, thrive in a team environment, able to support those around you and have the emotional intelligence and resilience to manage challenging situations.

You will need to successfully complete an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare before you complete 24 months of Support Work.

You will be role modelling this approach and supporting staff to apply PBS in all they doprovides support for people with learning disabilities and complex needs who would benefit from living in a more peaceful setting.

You will have, or be working towards, NVQ3 in Health & Social Care.

You will provide leadership and support within specialist care services, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
