No two days will be the same, as service users love to engage in a wide range of activities within the home and out in the community!

You will be highly motivated, hardworking and keen to support older people.

You will support individuals in maintaining a healthy state of wellbeing, mentally, physically, and emotionally, empowering them to be happy, healthy, and successful in achieving their life goals.

You must be willing to work flexibly on a roster basis, which will include evenings.

You will work with service users to develop a recovery support plan based on their presenting needs, wishes and choices.

You will provide direct support including therapeutic approaches, problem solving and practical support.

You will also assist people to move on from the service providing signposting support and working closely with other agencies including community assets.

You will provide person-centred care and support to individuals with mental health and autism needs, enabling them to take part in all aspects of everyday life and enjoy a wide range of activities.

You will have skills in positive communication and engagement, and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support.

You will work primarily in the Courtyard Aparments.

You will work alongside support users to experience employment and community involvement. - To prepare healthy, high quality food/drinks and maintain food hygiene and health and safety. - To work alongside the wider team and offer practical and emotional support to members as required.
