You will have the following qualifications & experience: * Proven experience as a Cost Controller on large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of cost management principles and project controls. Proficiency in cost control software and MS Excel.

You will be experienced in producing technical outputs such as technical specifications, sizing and designing pumping systems and aeration systems, schedules, and reports and familiar with collaborative planning reviews and designs of solutions.

You will work on a wide variety of projects across a variety of major long-term frameworks with water companies across the UK.

You will oversee the financial, contractual, and commercial elements of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer and regulatory standards. Working closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and the wider supply chain, you’ll provide expert guidance on cost control, contract administration, forecasting, and risk management.
