You will have direct impact on customer satisfaction (measured by CSAT and quarterly business reviews), value realization, and contract renewals.

You will collaborate with the rest of the team to maintain a high level of support across multiple BAU activities.

You will perform system configuration changes, upgrades and liaise with third parties and other internal teams. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a vast array of project-based work, as you will be working closely with the project team.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our facilities. Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be crucial in identifying and resolving technical issues.

You will report directly to our Head of Site, and you'll work out of our Cambridge, UK location on a daily basis.

You will play a critical role in maintaining and optimising Labman systems within our Support team, in this case, based at Jealott’s Hill (Syngenta, Jealott's Hill, Warfield, Bracknell RG42 6EY).

You will lead transformative conversations with senior stakeholders, architect scalable platform solutions, and guide customers through modernization journeys leveraging Blue Yonder’s AI-driven supply chain platform, integrated with leading ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.

You will take full autonomous ownership of the Data Mesh platform, treating data as a first-class product, while partnering with Engineering leads to deliver a self-service platform that empowers our Data Hubs to efficiently publish and consume high-quality data.
