You will be the initial Meet & Greet Host to our customers. Customer Service/Operations:Lead and organise your team during the goods-in process, allocating and dispatching orders.

You will be responsible for handling a full range of residential property transactions, including: - Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties - Remortgages and transfers of equity - Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders - Drafting contracts, conducting searches and managing completions

You will also appraise tender documents, produce bills of quantities (BOQ's), look into risk & value management, prepare budgets, estimates & costing plans. Producing accurate & competitive tender bids, to continue business growth. Estimator duties to include: - Handling multiple projects including civil engineering, groundworks, oversites (concrete layers) & building works

You will have a strong PA (Personal Assistant), EA (Executive Assistant), Personal Secretary ,Office Manager or Business Support Coordinator background & be experienced with working in a fast paced & highly demanding ever changing working environment, where no day is the same

You will be the main point of contact for finance, working closely with the Director, Project Manager and our external accountant.

You will take ownership of the core finance tasks and help ensure that the management team has accurate, up-to-date financial information.
