System Support Specialist jobs in Gateshead

You will play a key role in supporting the rollout of Phase 2 of our new purchase ordering (PO) system, providing training, stakeholder support, and expert guidance in procurement processes to ensure successful adoption.

You will also support Phase 1 to improve PO usage across the organisation.

You will need proven experience in a support or maintenance coordinator or management role and have a strong technical aptitude with familiarity in systems maintenance, electrical engineering, IT support, or similar domains.
