Systems Coordinator jobs in Surrey

You will be focused on maintaining and improving the Sewage treatment works infrastructure to ensure our assets operate 24/7.

You will be responsible for designing complex jobs for work at our Sewage treatment works and ensuring any prerequisites are in place to allow work to be completed by the Field Technicians.

You will be responsible for coordinating workloads, liaising with customers and internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service is delivered. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinating and scheduling daily workloads - Allocating tasks and communicating with customers - Acting as a first point of contact for queries

You will bring a calm, highly organised, and adaptable approach, joining the team in a pivotal support role spanning executive assistance, office operations, and project coordination. Working closely with the Operations Manager, this position provides day-to-day support to senior leadership while also playing a hands-on role in the smooth running of our office, projects, and logistics.

You should be confident coordinating transport, scheduling deliveries, and supporting logistics planning, with a background in sales support, sales operations and/or logistics.
