You will support in installing and maintaining a range of machinery including winches, diesel and electric power units, masts, and compressors by performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and repairing equipment to prevent operational disruptions.

You will be responsible for managing incoming repair tickets, prioritizing urgent matters, and ensuring efficient turnaround times. An excellent understanding of mobile networking protocols and proprietary software suites is mandatory. Furthermore, maintaining accurate inventory records of parts and tools is a crucial element of the position.

You will work closely with operational and systems suppliers to capture legacy configurations, create robust methods for storing and managing this information, and support its migration into a new, modernised systems environment.

You will bring experience in managing complex information sets, systems configuration or change programmes, and working with senior stakeholders.
