You will operate with autonomy, manage deals end-to-end, and contribute directly to revenue.

You should already be confident in managing campaigns and progressing deals independently.

You will be responsible for the commercial performance and day-to-day management of your assigned creators.

You will own the end-to-end hiring process for predominantly Sales and Operations focussed roles, working closely with founders and department heads to define what great looks. This is high-quality, selective hiring; every search matters, and you will be expected to shape the brief as much as execute it.

Early Talent Manager required to join a dynamic, and established organisation. This is a 12 month secondment, and a fantastic opportunity. Working Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, initially 5 days in the office for the first month, to then move to hybrid, reducing to 3 days in the office, with 2 days working from home. You will support and deliver end-to-end hiring activity, working closely with senior stakeholders and the People team to enable sustainable business growth. The role focuses on building a consistent, high‑quality end-to-end recruitment approach, with the opportunity to evolve into a longer‑term embedded talent partnership as hiring needs scale.

You will act as the primary point of contact for creators, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and set up for long-term success.

You will also play a key role internally, acting as the voice of the creator and ensuring delivery teams are aligned, responsive, and executing effectively.

You will be responsible for the commercial performance and day-to-day management of your assigned creators.

You will work closely with leaders across the business, acting as a trusted advisor on organisational development, leadership capability, employee experience, and performance culture. You’ll bring a strong commercial mindset, be confident using data and insights to shape strategy, and be comfortable navigating evolving workplace trends, including digital transformation and AI.
