You will be any of ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified and will have developed your career to Corporate Tax Manager levels with a corporate tax focused career background having been developed within any mix of: in house and/or, accountancy practice firm background.

You will be responsible for preparing Personal, Trust and Estate Tax Returns and Trust year end accounts, delivering a quality compliance service, taking on a portfolio of Tax and Trust administration cases, preparing and submitting annual self-assessment tax returns and computations, preparing documents and performance figures for annual Trustees meetings.

You will work on varied tax planning and advisory projects and this could encompass researching and advising on business sales, acquisitions, R&D, CGT and tax advice for shareholders, inheritance tax and succession planning as just some examples.
