You will be responsible for preparing Personal, Trust and Estate Tax Returns and Trust year end accounts, delivering a quality compliance service, taking on a portfolio of Tax and Trust administration cases, preparing and submitting annual self-assessment tax returns and computations, preparing documents and performance figures for annual Trustees meetings.

Key responsibilities will include: - Working with clients to identify opportunities for R&D tax relief/credits based on their innovative technology activities.

You will work closely with the tax, private client and privately owned business teams and with clients and be committed to providing exceptional service.

You will play a crucial role in providing strategic tax advice and support to owner-managed businesses.

You will also have the chance to work alongside our award-winning Corporate Finance team, providing sale and buy-side tax advice and support. With support from out 12 experienced Tax Partners, you will have plenty of prospects to develop your career with us.

You will deal with a wide range of M&A tax work, including: - Due diligence projects; vendor advice, including clearances and pre‐sale structuring; - Structuring for PE‐backed transactions; - Corporate restructuring, outsource, reorganisation and management buy‐outs; - Providing deal support such as reviewing Loevers;

You will lead a team, collaborate with specialists, and ensure robust submissions to HMRC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in R&D claims and will hold an ACA or CTA qualification.
