You will ensure timely referrals, quality case management, and supervision of level 2 & 3 Social Workers, driving the production of quality assessments and outcome-focused care plans.

You will manage budgets, audit case files, mentor social workers, uphold health and safety standards, and foster relationships with external agencies.

You will be part of a well-established service with exciting plans for the next few years.

You will report to the Service Manager and carry out the duties below.

You will be experienced managing a team within adult social care

You will be willing and able to provide a site presence on a weekly basis
