You will achieve a Level 3 qualification following an 18-24 month training programme.

You will have a good knowledge of gravedigging practices and procedures to undertake all gravedigging duties, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You should have good numeracy and literacy skills, proven ICT skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

You will develop and review care plans, act as a key worker, engage residents in activities, work closely with families, and help ensure every resident is treated with dignity. You’ll join a supportive team that values you while you assist residents with daily living, personal care, mobility, and mealtimes.

You must be self-motivated, and well-organised, plus you will need empathy, respect and excellent communication skills.

You will spend time working alongside clients so you understand their needs and make sure they are being met.
