You will have a good knowledge of both preventative and reactive maintenance, ideally within a food manufacturing environment.

You will lead and promote the AMBIT (Adaptive mentalisation based integrative treatment) model of intervention, based around life story, life experience, mentalisation and trauma informed intervention, enabling young people and their parents/carers to understand each other's mindsets and thought processes, in addition to promoting reflective parenting.

You will need to be a fully qualified Commercial Vehicle Technician or have been accredited via an authorised Apprenticeship. You will program, set, and operate CNC milling machines, read and interpret engineering drawings, and maintain accurate documentation while maximising material utilisation and adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
