You will lead and develop a team, from within the Temporary Works CoE department, providing safe, practical and economical designs for internal clients to a high standard of professional competence and in compliance with company procedures. You will review customer complaints and ensure the right action is taken to resolve these.

You will review RAMS for all works to be delivered on the gravity sewer network.

You will support significant incidents (pollution / flooding) and support field-based teams to incident manage the situation.

You will be working closely with the contracts and branch managers, holding client meetings and assisting with LCA Audits. You will manage multiple sites concurrently, working closely with construction, technical and land teams to ensure developments are delivered efficiently, commercially and in line with programme expectations. Key Responsibilities - Lead the commercial management of multiple residential developments

You will support Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), complete site inspections, undertake design reviews, and advise on compliance with JSP 453, JSP 440, AP 600 and key British Standards. Working closely with RAF site teams, Air SCIDA Engineers and your Telent Area Manager, you will help maintain continuity of operational services while ensuring safe, compliant and secure ICT installations.
