You will be required to travel to client offices 2 days a week.

You will focus on areas such as regulatory business planning, asset strategy, service delivery, risk management, and environmental advisory on capital projects.

You will also provide support to the wider Aqua Consultants business in consulting best practice.

You will manage multiple sites concurrently, working closely with construction, technical and land teams to ensure developments are delivered efficiently, commercially and in line with programme expectations. Key Responsibilities - Lead the commercial management of multiple residential developments

You will develop customer relationships from first contact through to on-site work and you will work independently or alongside additional technicians on larger projects. Key responsibilities include - Conduct commissioning maintenance inspection and servicing of client cranes and lifting equipment with occasional overseas travel.

You will also benefit from having: - Knowledge of the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 would be an advantage, but training will be given to the right candidate. - Previous experience in commercially orientated and / or regulated environment. - Previous experience gained within the broader utilities, or a customer focused environment.

You will have a proven track record of working in air quality consultancy and be able to provide examples of your skills and previous experience which demonstrate your suitability for the position. The role will include undertaking review of the assessment work completed by the team for quality assurance purposes, as well as project management and line management responsibilities.

You will be required to drive as part of your role and you will need to have a full driving licence, with no more than 3 points, to be considered for this position. - Develop early-stage solutions for improvements and renewals, including compiling supporting documents, evidence, and option reports for value management.
