You will have the opportunity to shadow experienced trainers in both classroom delivery and practical workshop tasks, ensuring you gain confidence, knowledge and hands-on experience before taking the lead. This structured support is designed to help you succeed and grow within this role.

You will work closely with the Estimating department through the bid to; Review tender bills, prelims, projects brief etc. to identify both risk and opportunity. Review of subcontractor and supplier enquiries. Engagement with key trades - develop relationships with supply chain.

You will spend the majority of your time at our welding and fabrication facility at Westway Business Park, mixed with occasional visits to South Rotunda. Flexibility of home working can be discussed at interview.
