You will be responsible for the service, PPM and technical support of fire alarm systems.

You will receive full training on our range of products either via our chosen manufacturers, industry recognised training courses or via our in-house product training facility.

You will be required to work on a call out rota including standby rates.

You will be adept in trouble shooting, communication, client liaison and management skills. The main responsibility of the role is to ensure the stability, performance and reliability of integration and enterprise systems across the client base.

You will create a case that is determined by the threshold on the platform which will be of a low, medium or high status.

You will act as the key point of contact on site, leading engineers and supply chain partners while maintaining excellent client relationships. Key Responsibilities Full responsibility for the day-to-day management of hard FM services, including M&E, HVAC, electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance

You will provide support to our customers, working across an array of different technologies and setups.

You will work within a fast-paced, security-conscious environment, supporting a wide range of technologies and adhering to ITIL best practices.

You will be working on site at one of our London clients on a Rota basis between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00 Monday to Friday.
