You will ensure all products meet internal standards and customer specifications while keeping the organization fully compliant with UK legal and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:Quality Excellence: Maintain and improve the QMS in line with ISO 9001, leading both internal and third-party audits.

You will be front of house and highly visible across the club, coaching and developing your team and ensuring that the members receive great service and interactions on each visit.

You will typically not be on the duty management rota so the core hours are likely to be between the hours of 8am and 8pm during the week and one weekend in 2.

You will be expected to undertake UK wide travel to attend client meetings, and, if required, also European & International travel to suit customer needs.

You will be comfortable producing your own quotes & estimates, with the full support of the Engineering & Production teams, and ideally qualified to ONC/HNC level in Mechanical engineering.
