You will be responsible for acting as the technical lead, dealing with day-to-day management of an engineering team, managing complex geotechnical schemes, providing advice and ensuring high quality engineering solutions within infrastructure, the built environment and property developments.

You will receive continued training and mentoring while working on a variety of technically challenging projects, including large-scale infrastructure and environmental schemes. The role will involve working across a broad range of sectors, including transport, industrial, residential, commercial, and redevelopment projects.

You will lead the design and development of mechanical components and systems, taking ownership from concept through to detailed design and validation. This is a product-focused role requiring strong CAD capability and the ability to work independently with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier stakeholders.
