You will regularly contribute to the development of new job practices, techniques and standards. Recognised as a subject matter expert within the department/organisation.

You will serve as subject matter expert to management and special external spokesperson for the organisation on major matters pertaining to its policies, plans and objectives.

You will work across a variety of complex analytical problems, owning experimentation end-to-end—even when ideal conditions such as user randomisation or high statistical power are not present.

You will work alongside a team of 11 scientists, technologists and trainees, providing expert support across a wide range of diagnostic radiology modalities for Portsmouth Hospitals and several external healthcare partners.

You will assist in all demand planning duties including estimating future product demand, analysing inventory flow, and developing forecast models. To succeed in this role, you should be professional, proficient with Microsoft IT applications, highly analytical, and possess excellent communication skills.

You will guide the technical direction of safety engineering work, ensure high technical standards, and help shape how we deliver safe and effective solutions for our clients.

You will work across bids, projects, and internal initiatives to make sure our safety engineering approach is consistent, robust and aligned with our wider goals.

You will provide regular progress reports to the project management and ensure project milestones are delivered in a timely manner.

You will be working closely with the exercise delivery and leading the technical teams to deliver a seamless experience to the training audience.
