You will provide first line technical inputs to the Operational Control Centre (OCC) as the primary contact for the Subway Operations team for any technical issues that arise during operational hours and co-ordinate the technical response to avoid or reduce any impact from service affecting failures.

You will be responsible for establishing rigorous technical standards, improving operational efficiency, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to system reliability, throughput, and performance under scale.
