You will act on behalf of the lenders, providing independent technical oversight of PFI assets within the healthcare and education sectors.

You will join a company that has operated successfully in the market for over 20 yearsand is currently in an exciting growth phase, expanding from a team of 24 to 36 professionals.

You will be expected to develop towards a full Technical Superintendent position (after completing training/familiarisation period). Due to the requirements of the job, the successful candidate will be expected to live within reasonable travelling distance of Glasgow. You will have the opportunity to shadow experienced trainers in both classroom delivery and practical workshop tasks, ensuring you gain confidence, knowledge and hands-on experience before taking the lead. This structured support is designed to help you succeed and grow within this role.

You will work closely with the Estimating department through the bid to; Review tender bills, prelims, projects brief etc. to identify both risk and opportunity. Review of subcontractor and supplier enquiries. Engagement with key trades - develop relationships with supply chain.
