technical payroll assistant jobs in Wiltshire

You will need to have excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, suppliers, internal sales team and colleagues to ensure that sales ledgers, purchases ledgers, payroll records are maintained accurately.

You will be required to maintain a clear and well documented filing system and record keeping and will work closely with the Directors and our Financial Controller.

You will ensure all imported products meet UK legal requirements whilst supporting issue resolution, managing technical administration, and taking part in internal audits.

You will have a strong understanding of retailer codes of practice, relevant food legislation, and customer management.

You will be responsible for defining data management policies and procedures that ensure that data is properly collected, stored, maintained, and utilised, in line with the business strategy.

You will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining data pipelines and architecture that empowers data-driven decisions across the organisation.

You will need to work collaboratively across all SN CoE teams.
