You will join a talented, dynamic, and diverse team of designers, engineers, and technical specialists with a unique working culture.

You will liaise with other team members across the project team and take ownership of project tasks.

You will coordinate with other professionals, developing effective relationships, to stimulate future business growth.

You will be an experienced Technical Coordinator working within the residential development industry, or a Design Coordinator working for a new build contractor that builds large residential projects for clients such as housing associations.

You will have an architectural or civil engineering background, and have experience of working on a range of new build residential projects.

You will do this by: - Building a strong understanding of the principles behind safe food production (hazards, prerequisites, allergens, traceability) and how quality standards are set, verified and maintained. - Supporting day-to-day Technical and Quality activities, including completing checks, capturing data and maintaining accurate records.
