You will be part of a team that provides administrative, financial and clerical support to a diverse and broad group of managers, supervisors and trade staff and contractors. As the first point of contact within the office you will be responsible for delivering an efficient and effective customer focused service to both internal and external customers.

You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts and act as a key point of contact for orders, enquiries and updates. You'll process new orders, maintain pricing records, support logistics with delivery planning and handle any issues with a calm, solutions focused approach. The role also includes daily administration and month end reporting.

You must have experience of working within an office environment and good IT skills are essential. Experience of using Seemis Click & Go and the ability to use Word and Excel to an advanced level are highly desirable.

You should be able to work with flexibility as part of a team.
