You will be part of the Business Support team which is responsible for delivering administrative and technical support for the whole of Planning Services (Development Management, Planning Policy, Heritage, Landscape and Tree Teams and Compliance). xbpsjkuSpecific duties and responsibilitiesProduce officers reports and decision notices.

You will be based at either our City or Coach Lane campus as part of the IT Application Support team within Digital Technology and Transformation Services. Our team operates in a collaborative, on-campus environment where colleagues work regular patterns with flexibility around timing and location in discussion with managers.

You will be joining a well-established AJ100 Chartered Architectural Practice with offices strategically located across England. This award-winning firm boasts a diverse and impressive portfolio, delivering projects in commercial, mixed-use, logistics, education, and residential sectors, among others.

You will liaise with technical staff, DNOs, iDNOs, and subcontractors while monitoring project performance, costs, and compliance. Working closely with Delivery Managers, you will be accountable for client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

You will be allocated the time required during the working week to attend learning that supports your apprenticeship course. This may involve travelling to College one day a week or accessing training online.

You must be flexible and adaptable due to ever-changing demands - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
