You will provide best technical support about Fluid Automation Products & Solutions to Customers, Sales Representatives, Business partners and Intermediaries; guarantee a positive Customer Experience managing speedy and knowledgeable responses that solve their problems; applying Company policies.

You will work closely with third-party logistics providers and internal stakeholders to coordinate daily shipments, bookings, and delivery schedules, maintaining high standards of service and accuracy throughout. What We’re Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you will need excellent planning and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

You will take ownership of the frontline service, proactively engaging with key accounts and being prepared to attend customer visits or review meetings when required.
