You will inherit a book of existing key clients as well as new business activities you will be required to negotiate with clients and underwriters in a professional and skilful manner. Prior Insurance sales experience in insurance in the motor fleet sector, is essential and the successful candidate will need to be able to communicate with fleets across a wide range of sectors at all levels.

You will act as a key point of contact for technical quieries and will play a crucial role in mentoring junior staff members. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-level technical support for IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests.

You will manage a team and provide leadership across all aspects of environmental compliance. Working closely with senior leaders and duty holders, you will ensure legal standards and obligations are met both now and in the future.
